Chrysti Carol Propes
President
Chrysti Carol Propes is married to Travis Propes and they have two children, Andrew and Ryan. Chrysti Carol was given the opportunity to work for her family's plush business in 2013. Her background was in Early Elementary Education; thus, she was able to incorporate her knowledge of children into her new role in the business world. Chrysti Carol graduated from Western Kentucky University. Her life's biggest treasures are her faith and her family. She continues to learn everyday...and she is grateful for the team that surrounds her at work. In her words, "The plush industry is exciting, always changing, and full of wonderful people."
Joy Michel
Senior Executive Designer
Joy Michel has brightened the lives of children across the globe for more than 20 years. As former Vice-President of Creative for Ty, Inc, Joy has gained knowledge and insight in to the world of plush as it has grown and changed. Her gifts and influence in the plush industry continue to grow with and through MVP Plush, LLC, and we are grateful to have such an amazing partner that is as passionate as we are in our efforts to light up the world, one plush toy at a time.
Ashton Tupper
Director of Graphics and Design
Hello, there! My name is Ashton. I design the graphics, packaging, and plush for the wonderfully whimsical world of MVP Plush! I strive for my designs to bring forth positive emotions and leave the viewer smiling. I have discovered that design in all shapes and forms can change how a person is feeling, and I’d like to make the world a happier place through my art!
Anne Moyer
Director of Operations
Anne has an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts: Graphic Design, but prior to coming to MVP Plush her business background was in Direct Mail Marketing for non-profit organizations, Anne brought with her a strong background in operational organization coupled with her recently completed masters degree from The Citadel in Project Management supported by a System Engineering Certification to manage the operational and project management side of the business. Her graphics background allows her to support the visual side of the business by operational supporting the design side of the business and handling the company’s social media.
